Toaster

It's called "fashion." Look it up.

Thanks, Lori!

I see, of course.

This little look-alike is alluding to Queen Cinnamon's wise words of advice!

We had better prick up our misshapen hoomin ears and pay attention!

Because I am a stoopid hoomin, I cannot tell whether Toaster is approving or disapproving of the hat! But we'd better find out about Rabbit Fashion, or we'll cop a *THUMP!*ing from Toaster. (And a ROASTin# and a TOASTin', I shouldn't wonder!)

Toaster does not look happy in that sombrero. Since we're lookin' it up...here is a bit o' country song ...

"The word's forgiveness, look it up
It's what Jesus has in store for you
But I don't no matter what
Quit your beggin' and your prayin'
Can't you hear what I've been sayin'?

I said go, goodbye, get lost, get out, get gone
The word is over
Look it up "

"Bun Charming"

Don't you ever, don't you ever,
Stop disapproving of your stoopid hoomin!
Don't you ever, don't you ever,
Stop disapproving of your stoopid hoomin!

Bun Charming!
Bun Charming!
Hoomin beans are nothing to be scared of!
Don't you ever, don't you ever
Stop disapproving of your stoopid hoomin!

Don't you ever, don't you ever
Lower yourself, forgiving their poor standards!

Lower yourself, forgiving hoomin standards!

Bun Charming!
Bun Charming!
Hoomin beans should never be Approved Of!

Silk or leather, or a bun-hat
Respect yourself
And mock the stoopid hoomins!

Toaster thinks there's probably not enough tequila in the whole world to make up for hoomins' stoopidity. In the meantime, he'll just sit in the shade in his sombrero and give the tequila a try anyway.

Looking at the expression on his face, someone, sometime, is going to pay for this indignity.

"Pancho" Toaster looks ready to start a revolution, and will soon summon an army of angry rabbits to storm the world of hoomins.
And the hills are alive with disapprovement.

OMG ... note to self: resist investigating Fleetie's puzzlers while at work :-) Especially when db admins are having a triage all around, cause hoomin generated code hit the fan. It sorta makes one look silly, giggling hysterically for no apparent reason during a 'crisis' ;-) Darn you YouTube!

Ijon, there is an actual proper video for this very famous early 80s song. (The youtube link you posted just had the album cover.)

Actually that's the first music album I ever got!

Don't you think that Toaster looks so very much like Queen Cinnamon?

Still, I guess you'd better get database-ing, or whatever it is that you're meant to be doing.

Hmm, I am meant to be coding now, too. Better look busy!

I bet you are, RG! And, we expect to see Chico sporting one very soon! :)

Very much like Cinny. I know I should be attending to bun chores, but I have to settle for trying to churn some dandelion money. Hence, another romantic day at the tar pits.

Another proud moment in the Bunny Right to Accessorize Movement. These are pioneers we can look to for guidance. I am not saying that all the moments will be "look into it" moments. There will of course be lots and lots of the "look out for it moments," but these bunnies are expressing themselves, letting every aspect of the inner bunny out, and they are asking us to come along.Usually we get the Country Western version of the bunn - "putting you down won't square the deal, but at least you'll know the way I feel" or as others say, "All Disapproval All the Time," but now we get to be a part of a bunny driven aesthetic movement. I am holding my breath.

I love that little bun hand!

I doubt that even Fleetie can say why Adam Ant was on the Motown 25th Anniversary special.

No, I couldn't. But Google gave me a good guess. But that was cheating!

I am not so sure that I approve of the "dressed up" bunny movement. As a conservative I believe that the old fashioned ways are the best ways. A bunny should be wearing proud ears, a tiny tail, long thumpers, gorgeous fur coat, heartbreaking eyes with long lashes, and a disapproving mouf. We should not encourage such change, such "progress".
Good old fashioned lagomorph values, that is what we should be encouraging in today's bunny society.
When will these youngins ever learn? Youth IS wasted on the young!
Now, if you will all excuse me, I have prunes to boil at this very late hour.

Ooooh, Brandi, save some for me.

If Oscar Wilde had been a rabbit, he would have dressed like this (at least once).

Such a cool bunny, that Toaster!

If Oscar Wilde had been a rabbit, the play would be "The Importance of Being Disapproving."

Fleetie, I suspect that, in retrospect, this wasn't one of his proudest achievements. Much better with his own material!
