Patrick

It's bad enough I have to get up.
Now I have to deal with you.

Thanks, Emily!

Handsome Dutchie Disapproval. What a lovely face!

That is one angreh Dutchie!

I would NOT like to be on the wrong end of a stinkeye like that!

Patrick, whatever we have done, we are sorry! We are only stoopid hoomins, and we try our best!

Poor Patrick! He checked and, to his dismay, we are still here. Empty handed too!

He is bunching up the sheet with his left foot so he can throw it over our heads. Maybe if he doesn't have to look at us we will be less offensive.

Patrick is sooooooo sweeeeeet! That's the thing about dutchies, they make ya think they're so sweet, and then bang! zoom! to the moon hoomin! That's what that snurgly look of disapproval does to my gizzard.

Maybe getting Patrick coffee would help brighten his mood. Or provide him enough energy to kill us.

Possibly both.

Even though I wasn't there I feel guilty. Patrick sure can zap it out!

That's Dutchies for you My old bunny was a black and white Dutch and he could disapprove for thr universe but if that didn't work he would give you a good chomping for good measure!xx Rachel

This photo almost makes it look as though Patrick's ears and cute nosie are poking out of the screen at us, in indignation!

"Yes, hoomin, I mean it! Now watch out, or I'll jump out of here and bite you!"

OMG! Captcha (I kid you not) : approve stereei

Fat chance of any approval on Patrick's watch!

I didn't know bunnies "had" to get up. Our bunnies have assured us over and over again that THEY don't "have" to get up or anything else. Does Patrick have to get up in order to disapprove? Is he a little driven bunny burning the candle at both ends? Probably, but once he is up and out of bed, he is faced with the true cost of his ambition. Poor little bunn bunn...

Regarding this "Super Full Moon" :

Has anyone seen signs of their buns turning into Ebil Disapprovers during recent nights?

I mean, even more ebil than they already are.

Have they been howling at the moon? Have objects mysteriously starting flying around unbidden and untouched, because of Bunny Telekinesis?

Do you feel The Cold Chill Of Disapproval much more keenly than usual?

Captcha: olvesly escape !

No, you can't escape Ebil Disapproving Rabbits!

Say, Bill: Just a humble suggestion/idea, if ever you get time for it, and we know you are busy at the mo.

Would it perhaps be appropriate to increase the width occupied by the Disapproving Rabbits pages and sub-pages? It seems that the main page might only be occupying 800 pixels of width. (Or even fewer? 640?)

In this day and age I would imagine that most people view the page on displays capable of 1280x1024.

My monitor is excessive, I know (2560x1440), but the content looks so lost in a thin column in the middle of a sea of cinnamon background.

Making the width a bit greater would make it possible to show the pictures of rabbits larger, and as far as I am concerned, the larger and more detailed the Disapprovals are, the better!

Fleetie, our group had a 20 year anniversary party on Saturday, and I won a DR book in a raffle. There are so many beautiful pictures of Cinnamon and Latte. I wasn't really prepared for the powerful effect those wonderful pictures of our Queen C would have on me. It is a lovely little book, and seeing these pictures of Cinnie really heightened/renewed my appreciation of the artwork of your icon...very, very nice. Fleetie, this pixel thing you are talking about. I mean, no humans are going to get hurt, are they?

Fleetie said...

Cinnamon was a world-changing rabbit. Presumably you have seen and read all the eulogies people wrote when Bill and Sharon told us that she had passed to the Rainbow Bridge. There were 397 such eulogies, and people were so upset, but admiring of how Queen Cinnamon had informed so many people (definitely including me) about rabbits and how wonderful they are.

As for your other question, well, larger Disapprovals may indeed be slightly hazardous to our stoopid hoomin egos, but let's face it: We probably deserve more Disapproval anyway, so I would still quite like to see larger Disapprovals!

Hey - if you are going to get disapproved anyway, might as well super-size it!!!

Thank you, Fleetie.

It's M*nd*y morning, and guess what:

What Patrick is saying in his image caption is pretty much exactly how I'm feeling now!

Did I ever mention that I Disapprove Of M*nd*y mornings?

Auntie Jane (It is official!) said...

Hmmm, let me think. Has Fleetie ever mentioned that he disapproves of Monday mornings? Why yes, I believe he might have. Hmmm, regular, steady, predictable disapproval...definitely the reason he wins bunns' hearts. They see so much of themselves in him.

The more time goes by, the more impressive Patrick gets :-) We've made it past Monday, it's almost Tuesday Tequila time in Manchester and poor Patrick is still on duty ;-). Me thinks Dougster needs to start thumping, and sooner rather than later :-)

Patrick has had to endure Disapproving Of us for a long time now! He must be getting tired. Or at least, pretty fed up! Imagine having to sit there and try and keep us lot in order for all this time!

He needs lots of treats and a few good stiff Carrotinis, I reckon!
