He's got a point there.
I'm not surprised that Sebastian is looking so outraged, not to mention Disapproving.
This reminds me of the outrage on Queen Cinnamon's regal face, when some hoomin DARED to take a photograph of her while she was busy getting changed into her winter coat! "Do you mind?!"
...And anyway, Sebastian should be allowed to sit and "express his opinion of us" without us staring at him or taking photos!

Oh yeah, oh yeah. It's all SOOO funny when those kind of pictures end up on the Internet. Sebastian is exasperated by the infantile things hoomins find amusing. He shakes his head in disgust.
