I just opened my cards and pressies, and I had a nice watercolour painting of a rabbit on a snowman, all the way from America, from Ijon Tichy the Nth!
The rabbit looks rather like Dougal! And there is a Santa hat!

Oh, thank you Bill and Sharon and Dougal and all you DR visitors. I think SOME of us are too interested in Dougal's maintenance of a tuffy persona. He can clearly be a big Momma's snuggle bunny boy whenever he wants. He is a well rounded virtuoso bunny. What a great picture, Sharon. I am so glad Dougal got you into the Santa hat. I guess he had to promise you a big snuggle.

Dougal is big enough to enforce his "no putting clothes on the bunny" policy. But you can tell he loves him some Sharon! Maybe he will wear something heartsy for Valentine's Day! Dougal Cupid!

Today being Boxing Day, HRH Dougal will promptly box the ears of anyone who tries this again. Fleetie, you are fast becoming the curator of the Disapproval Hall of Fame — I’m sure you will collect the whole set. Belated Merry Christmas to all DR’ers everywhere, and thanks Bill and Sharon!
Dougal is squinting his eyes with disapproval over the indignity of being snuggled by his female indentured servant. I bet it took a good 15 minutes of careful grooming to get his fur back in proper shape!
