James and Sara

Did you put the human out by the trash can?

Yes. Her needles were falling off
and she was a fire hazard.

Thanks, Maureen!

I guess I get the snow drift. Me off to get treats and then throwing myself out the window to the curbside. (No point going out the door and wasting warm air I guess).

Has no one spoken to James and Sara about recycling?

Yes, some muncipalities will recycle your hoomin by planting him or her upside down on the beach to protect the shoreline.

We just go get in a box in the storeroom until next year. No muss, no fuss. And - that way they get exactly the same thing next time too. You know how bunnies don't like change.

Real hoomins don't last long when you forget to water them. So more and more buns are switching to artificial hoomins.

Yes, but you can't beat that pungent "real human" smell with artificial humans. Artificial humans look TOO perfect. Real humans have the charming imperfections that nature intended.
I suppose you could get the Glade Human scented candles...
I got a tree-shaped human scented air freshener hanging on my rearview mirror.

Good point Brandi, but with artificial hoomins a busy bun can simply unpack, plug in, and voila, the hoomin is good to go, pre-lit and everything. Some even come with a remote, which works quite well as long as you resist the urge to nibble on those tasty buttons.

Real hoomins you have to decorate as there is nothing more horrifying than a bare hoomin. For years, stores pushed "self-decorating" models of all kinds, but we all have seen way too many failures to ever trust this technology again.

In our municipality, you can leave your hoomin outside on garbage day. Somebun with a hoominchipper attached to a truck will jam the unwanted hoomin into the chipper and RRRRrrrRRR!! the hoomin is made into nice, reusable mulch. It's perfect for digging into your soil to enrich the garden for growing tasty carrots!

"Fargo" wood chipper for hoomins...
Now, THAT is a green idea!

Oh, is that Tokki from Two Bunny Blog? MY TOKKI? Did no one give her a woodchipper for Christmas? Maybe in 2013?

Brandi it sounds like Tokki already has a wood chipper. But maybe she has worn it out processing hoomins since Aug. of 2011 and need a new one.

You are all so clever - and so funny! The bunnies and the comments always bring a smile to my face.

These two are very attractive rabbits!

Unlike the waste-of-space hoomins! Time to get rid! Out with the hoomins, in with the - well, erm, anything apart from hoomins!
