Well, uh, Seren, it looks pretty dark there, you know, where you are? I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation, but if it should be the case that the bunns are not going to get us out of this, I would like to thank those who are working and commiserate deeply with those who are suffering from outages and sadly much more.
Michael, I just focused on Bill's allusion to being glad you all are okay. I have to admit I don't really know if you are back from climbing Mt. Everest or if you are in the devastation left by this massive storm, but if you are in the storm area, I apologize for my previous comment. Seren is sure a standup bunn. We are rooting for you and your Over Lord and everybody and their pets, too.
Janet : Totally! Great big noisy buzzing sparks! And if we fail to deliver treats on time, Seren will jump onto us and use his BunDASER on us to shock us into submission!
"DON'T DASE ME, BUN!!!"
When I was a teenager, my hobby was electronics, and I had a mate at school who was also into it. We also used to get up to things like getting big transformers, and wiring them the wrong way round, so there's be a 3kV HT winding, and 6.3V (valve/tube) filament winding, and sometimes a 4V winding.
So we'd do things like put 10VAC to 20VAC into the 6.3VAC winding, so we'd get like 10KV or more out of the HT winding!
Then we'd use that to make sparks. Continuous sparks, not just "snap and it's over" ones.
And they were fat and orange and furry, and they made a really satisfying BUZZZZZZZZ. And there was an acrid smell of ozone that used to come off the sparks!
THAT is the kind of spark that will BUZZZ between Seren's ears if we don't watch it!
That's EXACTLY what I was thinking of, Fleetie! zzzZZZZAAAAPP!! YEOW! YEOW! Big wiggly orange lightning bolts zapping between Seren's ears, just ready to be unleashed on stoopid hoomin beans!
My 2nd year of college the transformer attached to the power plant that ran the University collapsed during some excavating. I happened to be on the street two blocks away. It shot electrical arcs over the four story buildings and turned night to day for a period of 5 to 10 minutes.
After reading the above posts, I think it might really have been rabbits. The transformer story was just a cover up.

I find that rabbit rage is measurable by how fast they come flying for treats when a container gets a shake.
HAHAHA! I agree with Brandi!

Sh/e is really a beauty.
I'm picturing an electric arc zapping between Seren's ears.....

Now we know the real inspiration of Nikola Tesla. ZAPZAP!
Hmmm...uh, Fleetie, I don't suppose your "mate" was ever seen without his baseball cap, was he? You get what I'm saying here, right?
