I was going to say, he always looks a bit surprised, since his mouth is open a bit. He's not disapproving, he's surprised the stupid humans can figure stuff out.
I have always said that he looks more disintrested than disapproving. Who can blame him, we are a boring silly lot. Bunnies on hardwood floors crack me up. My bunnies have to have little rugs and blankies for any kind of decent traction. Dougal has his ears for counterbalances. Full frontal Dougal is a special treat for us on Thursday.
Ah Dougal our favourite Bunny with the huge ears,but I reckon he had just had a treat and was munching away but locking for more when the photo was taken.So all is right with the world after having a Dougal fix yippee!
As an Authority, I am proud to announce to the world that the top photo represents the real intent of the great artists and craftspeople of the Giza plateau. Isn't it cute the way the Royal Sun Bunny says " Huh?" in the lower photo.

Maybe he gasps often in disbelief at our stoopidity and his staff photographer manages to capture these moments.
