He really is the sweetest bun no matter what. He just had a rough day of sitting in front of a fan with frozen water bottles surrounding him.

Colleen, did your A/C go out? That would make a bunny awful mad to have to sit in the heat. Where in the universe do you live? I hope it is cooler there than it has been here in Oklahoma.
Now I am worried about poor Guinness being too hot. I know you are supposed to serve Guinness room temperature, but I wish I could send this Guinness a nice frosty air conditioner.
You can put some frozen berries in his water crock/bottle. It will make the water super cold and taste yummy so he will drink it up. You can put sheet/cookie pans in the freezer and let him lay on them, just switching them out every 45 minutes or so.
Guiness is not sure how we will open his pellet bag with only stumps for hands, but he imagines we'll have to try until we figure it out.

Guinness, Angelina and I live in Minnesota where the humidity is over 100%. Yes we have AC but its been high 90s and over 100 on Tuesday when the pic was taken LOL. Dont worry he is well taken care of, its just neeeever enough yknow?

I love to hear a bunny is well cared for! Makes my day happy! And this sweet Dutchie does look like he is content there in that hoomin's hands! Guinness is really a handsome guy in his tuxedo!
I go nuts over wooly, floofy bunns, nut have been crushing lately on Dutchies. Guinness is a handsome rabbit! Doesn't that mouf make you nuts?

I never thought of Minnesota as a humid place. Of course, I have never been, although a certain Texas resident with four bunnies but indicates six in her name, and I were planning a tour of your great state. Just to visit. No bunn-napping motives here.

Ooooohh... Hoppy Hour ... now that would be efficient use of our time... we could "snuggle" so many bunnies at once, brandi b... I was watching a re-run of doomsday preppers the other day and they had some nicely customized busses ... might need a bus to "snuggle" not "smuggle" that many bunns...

I envision a paradise of chaos. One large, grassy meadow hopping with rabbits of every color,shape and size. The slaves will be minimally clothed in fake fur and body paint, wearing feathers and shells and the skulls of the enemies of the bunnies: Hawks, martens, fox, coyote...
There will be the music of drums, the wind and big bonfire. We sleep in a big pile and live off the land!
Anyone ever read The Jungle Book by Rudyard Kipling? We humans will be like the Bandar-log, living wild and free with our bunny captives...doh! I mean our bunny masters...

Maybe we were tricksy pixsies in a former life, and worshipped the rabbit and the hare as is proper of lower beings. We rode upon the backs of squirrels and made war upon the snakes and kitty cats, the kestrals and the kites. We foraged for tasty tidbits the Masters enjoyed and did some recon from the backs of bluebirds.
Or, maybe we are just nuttier than squirrel scat and just want all the bunnies.
Either way...I just want all the bunnies...
I'm like that crazy cat girl on the internet doing the dating introduction video that cries and cries, just wanting to give all the stray cats a home and pet them and put bows on them... I could very easily be that girl from a bunny lover perspective... especially for handsome Guinness! Funny... there's a bunny on Facebook called Checkers Fiesta who is Guinness' exact photo negative with the black and white reversed. Love them soooo much!
Just think of the heat wave as an opportunity to think of new ways to serve your buns.

6Bs, separated at birth?
Guinness is a hoppy bun for being almost 10 years old! He has been to hoppy hour, but we havent had the pleasure of meeting the Doog yet.
He enjoys car rides, being held like a baby, feets rubs, his wifey Angie, giving kisses and being cute of course. He turns everybun into a bunny lover, regardless of what they thought before.
Guinness is a World Record Holder for cuteness in my book.
