"Something Wicket This Way Comes" - in memory or Ray Bradbury.

Aww. I want a Wicket!

To my shame, I don't get the Ray Bradbury reference, though I am aware of his work (Fahrenheit 451, etc.).

I do know that "Something wicked this way comes" was from Macbeth, so I guess Bradbury borrowed it.

ANYWAY:

This little bunny is absolutely beautiful! So adorable!

The more beautiful they are, the more they disapprove of us.

Bit like girls do of ugly old middle-aged blokes like me, really.

Ho hum, I had a fair innings; can't complain about getting old, I guess.

@Fleetie - Ray Bradbury just died. One of his books is Something Wicked This Way Comes.

@Brandi b - isn't your burlap bunny-bag all full-up of purloined fluffys by now?

Rabbits' Guy:

Bl**dy hell, you're right! 5th June. How did I not see that in the news?! Probably cos the news sites I read didn't bother reporting it.

Thank-you for telling me about it.

It puts your post about him into context and now I see that it was indeed fitting!

I want all the bunnies, RG. All the bunnies.

I guess we're eye-squintingly stoopid today. And I suppose we're uglier than usual, too.

Is it just me or does that seem like cotton candy and we have a sticky .... nah, can't be.

Those are some fantastic ears, dear Wicket :)

Fleetie, you are just a young pup with no creds for bandying the word "old" around. Female hoomins are not that doopid. Anyone of them would be glad to be your best bud. Anyway, the real question is how the bunnies rank you. Some local experts say you are primo disapproval material and look to be so for a long, long time. Bon Voyage!

... fair innings ;-)
But, for something completely different, I think you will be bunless for not much longer ;-) Stand by.

Yes Rabbit's Guy, we do have a sticky Wicket!
One of our pets' charms is their willingness to countenance us no matter how disgusting and furless we are, Fleetie!

"Why this chair?Its Pink!!"
but that is a very cute bun
@brandi b the buns are to smart to get caught or tricked by humans no matter how hard you try!

Yeah, sorry, not been well for a year now and the last 3 months it has been becoming very painful and sometimes pretty much unbearable. Sometimes I let it get on top of me. Doctors can't diagnose what it is, but things are just getting pretty nasty now.

Still, I hope to be around admiring the Disapproving Rabbits on here for a while yet!!!

Oh my dear Fleetie! Hang in there! Getting a proper diagnosis and treatment is difficult, there's no doubt about it. Please keep trying and painful though it may be, advocating for yourself will get you results. Keep on slugging, you've got lots of innings in you yet.

LOL, @ RG's sticky wichet comment. At first I was all like HUH, then I was all like WHUH and now I am all like DUH.

Oh, Fleetie, I just know Cinnamon Angel is nose bumping you and grooming your head when you feel at your worst. All the Rainbow Bridge bunnies are. May Lord Frith ease your pain and find your answer.
