Sigismund

Oh don't mind me. I'm just over
here. Silently judging you.

Thanks, Katja!

To paraphrase from Jon Kabot-Zinn - "Where ever You Go, There Sigismund is."

Man - everytime I peek back over my shoulder now ....

Well, thanks for the silence. Most everybunny else cracks jokes. Silence is golden.

Sigismund is indeed a gorgeous rabbit. With dainty, scheming paws!

What plots and plans are condensing in that bunny mind, that later will come to be our undoing?

It's best not to think of such things. Best just to go on with our lives and assure ourselves that everything is ok. Everything will be all right....

Fleetie, you are our think tank. We want to know more about the dainty, scheming paws, the plots and the plans. Everything will be much, much better than okay or all right, but I' ve just got to know what S has planned. At least tell me about the dainty, scheming paws.

How can I know? For I am but a stoopid hoomin!

However, I suspect that for those of you who are bunny-slaves, it might go as follows:

You'll wake up soon one morning, having gone to cosy bed the night before, and sunlight will be streaming through your eyelids, or rain will be drumming on your faces and soaking your hair, and you'll all wonder blearily, "Uhh? What's this mmehhh?" and you'll wake up to find yourselves draped uncomfortably in a shopping trolley/cart in the carpark of some Asda/Walmart. Having extricated your aching, bent bodies from the wiry vehicles, and enquired of wary passers-by, it will become clear that you're a couple of hundred miles from where you used to call "home", and you'll see that all you have left in this world are the unwashed socks and undies that formed your bedding in the shopping trolley/card in which you awoke.

Yes, your bunny has evicted you during the night and sent you off to some forsaken place with your unwashed smelly undergarments for company.

And don't bother returning; your names are no longer on the list!

As for those of us who are not fortunate enough to be bunny slaves; well, we'll be haunted each night by nightmares that a razor-toothed rabbit is THUMPing on our chests and making its way up our bodies towards our faces with those glimmering teefs to tear off our ugly hoomin faces and release our blood and ...

AAAAHHHHHH!!!!!

Fleetie Oracle!

Fleetie, when you are a bunny slave, the lucky bunny will gently tiptoe up your chest on dainty, scheming paws to give you a big lick on the cheek. It's a bunny's highest gesture of trust and affection. You will definitely say AAAAHHHHHH!!!! You will get lots and lots of bunny kisses for lots and lots of good deeds and extraordinary goodness, but the one I now reflect upon is the one for being such a good teller of bedtime stories. Fleetie, you could be the one of legend, the human who is given honorary bunnhood. Little bunnies around the world are mysteriously, but undoubtably nodding there heads as they snuggle up and fall asleep.

Awesome name! He's a very stately disapprover. I'd give him a noogie, but I'm afraid of the consequences.

Fleetie! I am literally LOLing!! Your imagery is perfect! I can just picture the whole thing. We scramble to check our pockets and find them empty. We try to check our bank accounts via telephone and there is no record of the accounts, and no password works. No homeless shelter is able to find any government record of us. We will, in fact, have Ceased to Exist. Thus is the depth of bunny disapproval.

Exactly so, Janet!

Getting evicted by a bunny is a Bad Thing To Happen (TM).

It won't just spoil your whole day. It'll spoil the rest of your life!

Vagrancy beckons!

If only you'd been slightly more generous with the treats and slightly less tardy with breakfast...

If only you could go back in time and change things....
