Looks like a 1980s music video. They used tio use light shining through blinds onto people's faces a lot. (e.g. Human League - Don't You Want Me?)
So maybe Stewart is a member of The Lagomorph Leage, recording the video to "Don't You Approve Of Me, Bunny?"!
