"...But that's all right, hoomin!I like you!...And because I like you, I want to help you.I can make you get down to a proper place for grovelling......A place six feet lower than ground level! Now juuuusssst.. come... here...."
Too hard to grovel and leave comments? Let me recommend an iPad...
Flicka has the wooly pattern of a clydesdale. My Friend Flicka??? Oops. Something tells me no. If I get on the floor and scooch up under Flicka, I can grab her by the ears and give her big smooches on her sweet little angry mouf. Yes, I might get kicked and possibly shred to ribbons. I do the same to my Overlords and they are tolerant in that they do not harm me, but I sure get the stink eye and foot flicks after I put them down. I need professional help. My Elmyra Syndrome is going to get me killed.
Flicka has lovely white socks on her little feet.....all the better to STOMP us with!! Evidence of our shallow graves will be the dirt under Flicka's toenails. Our blood will be hard to identify as it will be under the dirt. And no one would suspect such an adorable bunny of such nefarious crimes, anyway.
Uh oh, she's about to give us a foot-flicka...
Brandi B, I am afraid it is true, and you are setting a very bad example for the rest of us. At this very moment untold numbers of hoomins are daring to dream the impossible dream because of you. They are getting ideas above their station. Can you really live with this?
@Fleetie... something tells me she probably does like you even if she won't tell you. You know, keeping up appearances and all that good stuff.@brandi b.... it's so worth it!
My friend Flicka? More like my enemy.
I've got a day to try and get through. I'll have to get back to Flicka later. The boss would not understand ...
See, what I do, is I pick up my Overlords and hold them under their arms above my head, then I bring them down quckly for super quick, loud, kissy pecks on their mouths. They start shaking their ears and heads very fast while saying "I kiss you I kiss you" and then I bring them down for one final long smacky smooch on the mouf. Then I snorgle their necks and ears and rub my chin on their heads while saying "I chin you, I chin you". I then give them a final "I loves him/her!!!!" and let them shake my stink off of their plushy bodies. I figure they are dwarf types, so how hard can they realy kick me???
RG, Do whatever you have to do to keep the cobbler coming. Brandi B somehow all I can think of is that last scene in Dr. Strangelove where the cowboy rides the nuclear missile down to Earth. All of which is to say, I think you are dealing with something very dangerous here. And this is not just about my Kazoo Requiem. I am genuinely concerned for you.
Uhm, would some of your favorite treats help☺?
I believe this bunny has been studying the sneer of Professor Snape and has perfected it. Impressive!
I would be groveling from 6 feet under because of that mouf ... I would snorgle that soft furry chin and kiss that mouf and ... die...
Anonymous, yes, I appreciate your concern. DR seems to be a good place to start making the world aware of Elmyra Syndrome. Unfortunately, like gambling or sex addicts, the internet is a double edged sword. Gablers can fall off the wagon, pornography is rampant on the net and for those of us with ES, websites such as Daily Squee and youtube videos of cute animals cause much backsliding in our treatment. My husband refuses to vacation at Yellowstone because he knows I am one of the idiots who will not only feed the bears, but will try to hug and snorgle them too. I suspect 6Bunnies' spouse feels much the same as mine and fears for life and limb with every animal that crosses their path.
Yes, brandi b, he does ... Just yesterday we had a "discussion" about what should be done if anything should every happen to me ... (I was having minor, outpatient surgery ... but ya know ... sometimes things can go wrong) and we seem to differ as to just how much of my life insurance money should be given to the bunns vs. my two foot children ... bwahahahah! A certain amount is designated for the care and luxury lifestyle of each bunn! Anyway ... he knows if there is a stray, we WILL be taking it home... he doesn't fight me much anymore ...
Oh What a Cute Bunnay Wunnay!!!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qiHU7gnLF90
He has had to dig into an abandoned sewer hole at an old cemetary to see if there was an abandoned bunny living down there ... He thought I was nuts ... I saw, from the road, a small wire cage with the door propped open and I knew immediately there was an abandoned bunny or piggy or somethin' furry out there ... and sure enough! a beautiful harlequin lop was hiding in an old sewer hole inside a broken down shed next to huge shedded snake skins ... poor baby! Covered in "dirt" later ... my hubby unearthed the most beautiful little girl! She's now my Coopie's lovely BunWife, Ding! So... he knows ... oh, does he know ...
Lucky Wucky Ding!!! What are the chances of you coming upon that cage and KNOWING instinctively that there was a bunny to be found? And what piece of crap jerkface asshat dumps a helpless bunny at a cemetary to fend for herself????? I can think of a few things I would like to do to that person, very slow, painful things.
SixBunnies : You are SooperHoomin for sensing that poor bunny girl, and I agree with Brandi about what that ******** deserves to have done to them.Well done! Queen Cinnamon would truly Approve of you, I'm sure.As do I, and all of us, I'm sure!
Exactly - to everything Fleetie said! 6Bs you have a gift and you are a gift, a very precious gift. It gives me such joy.
Oh, thank you, but I'm sure all of you would have felt and done the same thing. She was the absolute cutest little furball you could ever imagine. I do not know what gets into "people" sometimes! She's one of those beautiful peachy colored harlequin lops whose ears hop with her when she hops. Just a tiny little thing, still. When I hug her close under my chin, she wiggles her little face likes she's snuggling into my neck. I called her DingDong at first because when we first got her home, she just bounced like crazy, like a wild rabbit baby does when cornered, and ran into walls trying to get out of the bunny room. Cooper was in a state of horrible depression. He was mistreated and lonely before he came to live with me. He saw Ding and was smitten. He thought he was in love with another girl and they married and then had a terrible, bloody divorce. All he wanted was a girl who would be nice to him. And, Ding is his dream girl! Happy Ending. I have pictures of them on Bunnies_R_Us.
Changed my profile pic to one of Ding. :)
6B, those EARS! There is no such thing as a coinidence. God put you and Ding at the right place at the right time and all for the sake of dear ole Cooper!
I like Flicka but SixBunnies I LOVE YOU! you are such a wonderful human!
