It's Alfred!!!

We have been honoured to see this powerful disapprover before on Disapproving Rabbits!

He is full of bunnitude, and is not to be messed with! And he is a Very Clever Rabbit!

(And he is a total cuuuutiiieeee!) <-- Whispered so that Alfred doesn't hear me saying that!

"... and so it was pronounced by the once and mighty King - Alfred. And the evil practice was stricken from the books while a great and unspeakable penalty for ignorance was inscribed. And thus peace reigned over Lagamorphdom once again. Long live King Alfred!"

It doesn't take much to amuse stoopid hoomins, does it, Alfred? You can't expect us to come up with ways to celebrate holidays that would be anything but idiocy, can you?

I want to pancake and present myself for grooming under Alfred's pretty nose.

Oh how I love bunnies...

Such noble disapproval.
I am honoured.

Well, Alfred ... If the indignigty continues, you can always turn up the heat a little ... that nice wood furniture and that great wood trim on the arch could use a little redecorating ... that might get the hoomins' attention !!!

As a matter of fact, I suspect you are green screened into that picture ... as I see no evidence of bunny teeth on any wood and that is just unacceptable!

Fleetie- Yay! I'm so proud of my little guy.

brandi b- his gal Tuppence does that all the time, and he does it to her. Absolutely no dignity, sometimes.

SixBunnies- *dies laughing* You haven't seen the rest of the living room- he is a Master Carpenter. This wall unit is the one item that has remained Unimproved.

Oh we need to see Tuppence!! Lover her name.

Tuppence has also been a star on DR- last September :-D
She's bigger now, if that's possible....as you can see, Alfred has a fine history of Disapproving of the world in general.

What Rabbits' Guy said!

And yes; we do need to see Tuppence again on Disapproving Rabbits!

SixBunnies said...

Oh, my! Tuppence is a big ear bunny! Between Alfred's mouf and Tuppence's ears ... I die ...

Alfred is saving the best wood for ... he's a doomsday prepper ... that's his stash ... He knows eventually hoomins are gonna screw up ...

We need a current Tuppence. Are you sure she is not a hare? Those ears of hers are very HARE-eee

SixBunnies said...

She has mittens! Look at those mittens!

Fleetie said...

Brandi B : Is anybun not a hare in your opinion??!! :-)

If you're not careful, you're gonna come in for extra disapproval from those bunnies you claim are hares!

Tuppence is not a hare.

But I think Manu should submit a recent picture of her, so we can all see her!

Great googlymoogly, that is one big ole rabbit.

Do you ever hold her like a baby? Do you get to snorgle her at your pleasure? Do you ever step on her cecals at night in the dark????
OMG, do you have to wear a gas mask to clean her scent glands??? I have small bunnies and their scent glands are BIG STINKY for such little things.
Do you feed Tuppence small children? Vegetarian children I assume?
Does she binky, and if so, does it shake the house?

@ Fleetie:

I can't help it. Some of these rabbits DO look like hares.

I just had to be able to see the dewlap on Tuppence to get that she was not a hare.

At an antique shop today I found a statue of a lifesized jack rabbit. Hares are not small creatures and they do have HUGE ears and front legs. Does that description sound familiar? Just sayin'....

Yah, she's a big'un. :-D

We had her from babyhood, so used to pick her up and cuddle her several times a day, and she would snuggle down...now teenager, she dislikes this snuggling, and only occasionally will she sit still for more than a few moments before wanting to be put down. When Tuppence says 'put me down', you comply. She adores pats and snuggles at HER level though, so if the humans are willing to lie on the floor, all is well. :-)

She's put to bed at night, to keep her adventurous chewing under control...and no, have never cleaned any scent glands of any of our buns, they all smell lovely and rabbity. :-)

We feed her regular food- though not having any small children around, I have yet to test whether she would like those...

She races around like a mad chook, all exuberance and kicking-out legs when she does big sproink!s midleap....no house-shaking, but you can sure hear it all over the house when she's tearing around, doing short bursts across the carpet....
