Real estate is indeed all about location, location, location -- the value of luxury high-rise hutches as well as exclusive warren co-ops plummet the closer they are located to a hoomin.
And Furbeast, can you blame them? Nobun wants to live next to a hoomin if they can help it. Have you seen their yards? Not nearly enough dandelions, and the grass is kept altogether too short. They clearly show no concern for the community at large!
