Harriet

What is the sound of one
ear ignoring humankind?

Thanks, Diana!

Harriet is a prominent priestess in the movement of Bunnism.

She knows that nirvana can only be achieved when all hoomins can be taught not to be stoopid.

Sadly, she has her work cut out. She will do her best to guide her followers in the ways of Disapproval Of Hoomin Stoopidity.

O Great Harriet Bunsei, I have meditated on this imponderable question for many years, seeking to attain True Enlightenment. I perceive from your detachment that I have failed. I don't suppose treats would help?

Q: If a hoomin falls in a forest and no bun is around to hear do they make a sound?

A: Clumsy bipeds trip and stumble all the time, what else is new? Anyway, they should be home tending our every need not traipsing around the woods, serves them right.

Hi, Harriet! You are an enlightening example of the bunnidharma.

Harriet getting an ear full from the Ancient One.

I doubt it will help with her situation though.

Too many hoomans.

Hilarious! Thanks to all! And, especially Sayyidatinaa al-Suuaal, Harriet.

I love the name Harriet! If reincarnation is real, then Nirvana would be being reborn as a rabbit?? My next life I hope I am a blade of timothy grass or perhaps a dandelion for which to please a noble bun or hare...

OMG! Harriet looks SOOO SOFT!!!!

HA! It looks like Buddha is telling Harriet a joke. Poor guy. If he can't get approval (Harriet does not look like she approves of dieties telling knock knock jokes) how can any of us lowly insects hope to ever be approved?

HA! word verification- worthr

Harriet is an attractive rabbit, but her demeanour suggests that she has existed for most of... er, well, erm, TIME.

Indeed, it seems as though the "deity" has come to seek her opinion on some matter. She sagely lifts her ear to hear the request for her opinion.

Harriet will make her reply known in due course, and at a time of her choosing. The supplicant will wait for her considered opinion. And probably not comprehend it.

The statue is clearly an imposter, a hoomin trying to sneak into Bunnism. The real bunny Buddha is a beloved resident SaveABunny, where he dispenses daily love and wisdom.

Harriet is a beautiful inscrutable bun with, yes @Jade, squee mitties! And @b - knock knock jokes? Love it!

We must have done some very bad things in our previous lives since we were reincarnated as stoopid hoomins! Maybe if we serve our bunmasters faithfully, we can become bananas in our next lives. Then we could really please the bunnies!

@Fleetie: Of course, it's so clear now! Harriet has the wisdom of the ages, therefore the hoomin Buddah consults her.

Oh, Harriet, I am sure whatever words are spoken between the two of you, we hoomins are not worthy to know ... You are THE BEST, SOFTEST BUNNEH! Love to you, Harriet!
