OF COURSE! The perfect distance from the radiator and with a view ... that is the bunny's chair if I ever saw a bunny's chair! Glad you are getting comfy Dougal!
Dougal has staked his claim on this chair. bad luck to whichever hoomin used this chair before; is it Sharon or Bill that will be moving in to the hutch/bunny-condo?!
Certainly no hoomin will be allowed on Dougal's chair from now on! Anyone who doubts that should check out the bunnitude on Dougal's face!
or at the very least the strap of the bag will have a new crochet-work design... I myself have many bags with straps like that! Dougal is sure a handsome chap!
Juliebun: I do too! We must shop at the same store. Also, I have several pair of flip flops with very ornate fringe around the edges that match my purse straps! Buns are great designers! They see opportunity for improvement everywhere. Hop to it Dougal!
I'm willing to bet Dougal has already learned the use of charge cards. He's just waiting for someone to come back and TRY to reclaim the purse. Do you fancy 7 lbs. of Dougal attached by his teeth to the back of your hand? Safety tip: change your ebay password asap.
So it's New Year's Eve : The night when bunnies play traditional rabbit party games, handed down from mother bunnies to little schoolbunnies, through the generations.
Games such as "Pin The Brain On The Hoomin", in which bunnies must lower their ears over their eyes, so they can't cheat, and pin the brain on a drawing of a stoopid hoomin.
This requires some considerable imagination on the part of the participants, since it's not clear where in a hoomin bean one would place such an incongruous thing as a brain!
Happy New Year, Fleetie. We have hung our pictures and are hoping for branes this year. As you suggested, this is a difficult game. In years past our babes were a little incredulous, but as time has passed their mathematical gifts have burgeoned and any day we expect mathematical proof that indeed something has a probability of zero, We are just hoping it won't be before this New Year's games. Happy games and branes to all!
Bailey says, "You claim that chair and make sure they know it is yours! Otherwise the humans will be moving it to another room/position or even ***GASP*** SITTING in it!! I've had to lay down the law a few times with my humans, but sadly they just don't understand the heirarcy of bun chair dominance"

House Bunny Law #14:
The lighter the bunny's fur, the darker the color of the bunny's favorite chair (for maximum contrast during sheds, of course).
Dougal has established dominance. Bunnines rules!
Dougal's hoomins will now be expected to curl up on the rug at Dougal's feet. And rightly so! Hoomins must Know Their Place.
I am wondering how much time passed before the OTHER objects on the chair were tossed to the floor? (As they should be, of course, Dougal!)
Good to see that Dougal is making himself right at home-- and establishing the proper hierarchy in the household. ;)
He is such a handsome boy! I'm so glad you have him!!
Catches on fast, that Dougal.
Did someone leave a purse on that chair? Big mistake. For his next trick, Dougal will go shopping on Amazon with your credit card.

Day one, year one of the new regime.
That really was a lovely afghan your mother worked her fingers to the bone knitting.
Great to see he feels right at home.
All best wishes for 2012.
(btw Is Dougal a red NewZealender?)
love
Els

Looks like Dougal is making himself right at home--and he looks great up there.

Ohhh, that's a bloody brilliant chair Ted. If he had a big car, was Elvis and had that chair he'd be right as rain.
Dougal is a lovely rabbit. I was wondering does anyone know breed he is or is he another Flemish Giant like Cinnamon ?
Kit
I don't know, but Queen Cinnamon was a Rex Rabbit.
Oh I always thought Cinnamon was a Flemish Giant.
DimensionJumper: Only in one of those alternate dimensions...
