I noticed that Rita has "customised" her chair. I wondered whether it was to make it act as more of a camouflage background for her, because she has light patches in her lovely fur.
The trouble is, I suspect Rita might be considering "customising" us in a similar way!
Sorry, RG. I will try, but you know she did say DOOMSDAY. I always thought I was supposed to ask Santa Rita (one of a number of Saints of lost causes, hopeless cases, just the Saints for hoomins), to intercede for us. If I was supposed to be begging Rita for mercy, I have really messed up.
The family I took Rita in from said my Lovely Rita was a girl. When we went to the vet to get fixed, I found out the "she" was actually a HE. I never changed the name and he makes a wonderful husbun to his partner Miss JB, but it may have a little bit to do with his disapproval...
Yes, I suspect that caused irreparable damage and pretty much explains the calamity we face today. I remember sweet little Fannie who had to be renamed Rowdy. Interestingly enough Oliver preferred to be called Miss Oliver. Anyway exposure to the depths of human dopiness at any early age - well how do our sentient fellow creatures recover?

Where is my moral support! You slouches! It's 8:36 am and I had to face this alone! so wrong, so wrong...
Decorating Tip #4: Remember to coordinate your rabbit with your upholstery, ladies.
And you are most fortunate to get a glimpse of the Doomsday Device before you are vaporized.
Lighten up, Anon. It's only 7am here on the west coast USA. I at least wanted to see the sunrise one last time .....
Brilliant caption!
But we may not be around to enjoy it long, if Rita decides to unleash herself upon us.
She is a beautiful rabbit, but oh, so destructive!
I wonder how many kBD she has at her disposal.
That I have no doubt of. But you are an adorable doomsday device. Can I please cuddle you before you unleash your disapproval?
you are wearing that chair rita!
Face it people, doomsday is upon us, the chair is already blistering under the heat of Rita's paw.

Lovely Rita! Her disapproval level goes with her ginger hair.
And I will now have "Lovely Rita, metermaid" in my head for the rest of the day..which I guess means the end of time since it's doomsday.
best. caption. ever.
have i said that before? well this time it is!

No wonder Rita disapproves.
