And so tumbles another stoopid hoomin belief that the smell of marigolds will repel grazing wildlife, thus saving your vegetables. This Wild Bunny knows marigolds are especially delish!
I am so glad you all enjoyed my wild bunny. He was a bold little guy. I leaned over the fence at the community garden to get a picture. He gave me a look and took a big bite of the marigold!
@anonymous: Or: "He disapproves of us, he disapproves of us some more; he disapproves of us, he disapproves of us some more......" Wild Bunny will never *cough* love us! We are too stoopid! We are mere hoomins, after all!
J2B and Fleetie: You are so right! I am a disgrace and I understand you must be feeling a bit dispirited about hoomin beans who just don't get it. I don't even deserve the title HBWIAHS - I am a pea with randomly firing neurons above my station. Please do not dispair, though. Your efforts to give us a real understanding of the bunns and our place in the bunmos, have already earned you a place in bunstory and when hoomin bean history is over, thanks to your analyses and commentary, our fate will not be quite so mysterious and misunderstood as that of the Neaderthals.
RG - I've never approved of determinstic paradigms or determinism as a paradigm. I'm just asking you to consider the possibility that some day a rabbit will approve of a hoomin bean. Remember the bean has to do something worthy of approval first. Hey, what's that? Do I hear you laughing hysterically and weeping at the same time? I'm sorry. I forget that you are one of those who day in and day out kindly care and carry the burden of the bunn. Thank you and I would delete this, but I'm not much at computers.
RG,RG, You are so on target! You have to believe in the change and advertise it or it won't be recognized when it comes. You are sure right to remind us that it could happen anywhere on the whole planet and Will Humans Find Out? Keep your eyes open. Thanks for the new anagram. I did get that one right didn't I?

... easier for Wild to snack on both ;-) Gorgeous little bun!
And if that's squash in the background, you can rip it out. We don't like squash (unless it's pumpkin). Plant some nice berry bushes and dandelions.
Wild Bunny's diet of marigolds keeps him/her nice and slim and sleek, to better escape from the stoopid hoomins!
Wild thing, you make my heart sing...
You make everything...grooveh!
Kudos to Diana for capturing an excellent wild bunneh photograph! I'm envious!

One of the best wild bunny pictures I have seen. I want to just hug him! But, we all know how that would turn out! Not so good for me ...
Oh, to be young again...
Tame or wild - all the same disapproval! Must be nature, not nurture!

Cute little marigold-eater!!! :)
Cheeky bunneh! What a great photograph, those marigolds must be tasty!
Now, Hoomins, listen up! It goes like this: He loves me, he loves me not, he loves me, he loves me not, and so forth until you are all done.

Exactly; we are but lumbering stoopid hoomin beans, while Wild Bunny is sleek, streamlined, and nost importantly of all, a rabbit!
To dream of Wild Bunny feeling any affection for us would be to get Ideas Above Our Station, which would attact yet more disapproval.
Far better to just accept our inferior positions, and bow down to rabbits in general, and Wild Bunny in particular!
"most", not "nost"!
See, hoomins can't even type accurately in their own first languages!
::munch munch munch::
So let me get this straight....
You grow flowers just to LOOK at them??!

How illogical.

This little one certainly knows how to work the camera.

@Anon - re: Bunny approves of bean - WHFO!

Yes, Crazy for YOU, Wild Bunny! Love!
@paintedladyfingers: I am glad you were lucky enough to catch that shot and also nice enough to take the time to share it. Wild bunny stole my heart!
