I'm just glad Smudge is on British Summer Time so I have a few hours before this oh-so-precise disapproval arrives here in California!
There's a reason they have to keep Smudge in a cage.... (Don't let those cute floppy ears fool you!)
Smudge wants Queen Cinnamon to enact a law that says that all day long is Rabbit O'Clock!
...And that pancakes, nutriberries and pumpkin should be available on demand, at all times when it is Rabbit O'Clock!
