Gwendolyn

This watermelon is completely unacceptable.
Leave immediately. Empty handed.

Thanks, Manuela!

I think Gwendolyn will have to taste just a little more, before making up her mind on whether the melon is unacceptable. And then maybe just a little more.

Only then will she know how hard she needs to disapprove.

But she doesn't want any hoomins around making the place look untidy while she makes her assessment.

Gwedolyn loads up on watermelon seeds so that the assault can be led from both the front and the rear...

@Fleetie - y'know, that's exactly what she did. Once the annoying camera went away.

My daughter, who LOOOOVES your blog and rabbits in general, has been very nervous about school. So I told her to just imagine everyone was a giant bunneh. She loved the idea -- and then asked what kind of bunneh would she be. I am pretty sure the answer is Gwendolyn. (They have similar fur and attitudes.)

This is the reason why I come to your website daily. Absolutely precious captions.

That is the lamest looking hunk-o-melon I have ever seen I would be a goner if I tried to offer that to our bunns.

Oh that precious little mouth! ...and how selfless of you, Gwendolyn, to finish that watermelon so that little bunny in the background doesn't have to.

@J - what a lovely mum you are!

Dude! Miss Gwen is so salty that she needs BRICKS to keep her fenced! WOW! Her face though is enough to launch a thousand hearts

into desparation!

@J - You are a wonderful mother. All the bunnies here wish your daughter the best of luck and all the good things that school can be. I used to tell my friends who got upset about the driving in our town to just pretend that the drivers were just all little bunnies. Hope it works as well for your daughter at school as it does in traffic. As for what kind of bunny your daughter would be - well, everyone here is singing "be you own special bun, do your own special run, don't be afraid if an ocassional hop is a flop, etc. etc.

@Rabbits' Guy - In an attempt to make Gwen look fiercer, we gave her a 'baby' watermelon to play with. She disapproved by destroying it very quickly.

@bunny mummy- Alfred in the background there did have his own piece, but not for long- Gwendolyn is a Destroyer of Food, especially keen when it's in someone else's mouth...

@Stacy Hurt- She has been mistaken for a brick more than once, when sleeping between them. If she really wanted to, I think she could eat the bricks to gain access to the living room...

Gwendolyn has so much personality! I am speechless. That is absolutely the best bunny face! I cannot believe how wonderful she is! WHAT A PRECIOUS FACE!!!! I LOVE HER, EVEN THOUGH IT IS DANGEROUS!

Manu: I have bricks reinforcing my bunny "homes" also! I recently had to add ceilings because I have one bun that climbs those cube walls three high!

I love it when the featured bun's mom or dad comments! :)

Miss Gwendolyn Rabbit certainly is a very expressive and imposing bunny!
