Harlemsmama: Mario was truly a sweet little bunny. HRH Queen Phoebe and Prince Consort Drizzle send consoling nose bonks and nudges.
HarlemsMama is a friend from the BLU Flickr group, where I told them of Mario's death. Thank you everyone for your well wishes, it is no easy thing dealing with the death of a fur-baby. But thinking of her hopping around and having as many cords to chew as she likes, is a comforting thought.

Binky free little Mario! Does anyone know what kind of rabbit Mario was? He has very similar markings to my rabbit's brother so thinking they may be the same breed.
He looks like a butterfly broken brown mini lop to me. It looks from the picture that his cute little ears are too long to be a holland lop. I feel your pain, my mini lop Jasmine has been diagnosed with a terminal condition and we are cherishing every last second with her.
