No, Che bunny will never be in prison uniform. No stoopid hoomin could ever catch him, for one thing.
Rather, Che has developed a chameleonic camouflage accessory for his fur, so that he can stay and observe the habits of stoopid hoomins unseen.
He will be reporting back on his findings, so that the bunnies can fine-tune their hoomin-disapprovin' tactics!
By the way, slightly off-topic, I knew that Queen Cinnamon was powerful, but being a stoopid hoomin, I didn't realise she was this powerful!
