That may be a "forever" stamp on Raspy's nose, but the person who put it there didn't last that long. And USPS has suspended pick up and delivery to that address for some reason.
I'm thinking this is Raspy's last ditch effort to get away from his hoomins... just can't stand them anymore, the worthless insects! Raspy is mailing himself as far from his hoomins as he can!

Raspy is indeed disguised and waiting for the delivery of flat rate boxes. The foolish humans keep using them to package up stuff for "ebay" and "etsy." How is Raspy supposed to shred them when they just head back out the door?
