Lady Maia wishes to know if we see the bell rope behind her. If our services become required, she will pull it. Otherwise, we are ordered to GET LOST!!
Fleetie: Lady Maia is definitely an "upstairs" kind of bunny. I seem to remember that hoomins live either "below stairs", or in the attic. Or at least they did at 165 Eaton Place.
And it may be that at some time in the future, Maia may receive a visit from Queen Cinnamon, before which time Maia will have us working double shifts to get her house even more sparkling clean than usual.
Of course, we would not be allowed to meet HRH; we will be strictly confined below stairs, out of sight, which is where Maia prefers to keep us anyway.

Maia the Bunny, related to Maya the Bee?
Suddenly, my heart is longing for her disapproval, sigh.
Aw. Tasteful disdain. Tut-tut.
Did I just see a plate of carrots go by without them being offered to me first?
well, this isn't the first time today somebun has turned their nose up at me.
at least they're cute noses.
are you reaching to give me a hug????
In Maia's house, the hoomins will forever be restricted to living, and working "below stairs".
No we must scuttle off and get on with scrubbing, preparing food, and sundry other domestic chores.
We are dismissed.
Aww! So gorgeous, I'd gladly let her disapprove of me all day long ;)

Exactly so.

Very elegant indeed...
"a hem... I need a hoomin here! I just a love a nice warm human under my feet!"
Elegant? Baloney. Look at the size of that back foot.
OUCH!
Maia is so regal!
RG: Ha ha! Guess that told you!
