Skye is wondering why the hoomin is STILL flapping its tongue instead of bringing treats. In fact, Skye wonders why hoomins can talk AT ALL, because they never manage to say anything interesting.
I think Skye might have been an up eared bunny before his ears FLOPPED out of sheer boredom. Our droning voices are at least a little muffled with the ears in the flop position.
