... my friend, way back when, professional typesetter, used to wish he could smash some people's fingers for committing typography related offenses. "The Buns" could just bite them off :-). ... just the fingers, or the head.
And now for something completely different ..., if '\cr' is 'carriage return' and '\lf' is 'line feed', then '\bf' would have to be 'bun feed', wouldn't it? What key would that be?
