Luv-a-Bun Update

As you may recall, we recently reported on 34 rabbits that were rescued by Luv-A-Bun Rabbit Rescue. We've recently received a follow-up email:

The bunnies are doing great and it has just been amazing how the community -near and far - has come together to help these buns. I included some recent pictures of the bunnies if you are interested in posting an update.

Which we certainly are.


If you go to the Luv-A-Bun site, you can currently see a video of some even tinier bunnies enjoying a group nap.

As a reminder, Luv-A-Bun, and many other animal shelters (in your area) still need donations, which always make a good holiday gift... for an adult. For heaven's sake, don't tell a child you made a charitable donation in their name. You'll get a disapproving kid.

Okay, one last product announcement: Hats! We're going to be selling Black "Castro" caps (adult, adjustable size) for the holiday season. Same deal as with the shirts: we're taking pre-orders until November 29th, at which point we'll stop, and ship them out via Priority Mail in time for Christmas.

They're $15 (plus S&H) and can be picked up at the Birdchick Store. And make sure to check out the new shoes, aprons (???) and bumper stickers at the Zazzle Store.

New Disapproving Rabbits T-Shirts

We interrupt your daily dose of disapproval to announce that we have a new Disapproving Rabbits shirt for sale this holiday season!

The design (shown above) is a stylized version of Ms. Cinnamon herself, printed on a Black Hanes Beefy-T shirt (Men's sizes only). You can order the shirt at the Birdchick Boutique.

Now, this is the important part: we're taking pre-orders from now until November 29, 2009. At that point, we will stop taking orders. Orders will be shipped first-come, first-sent starting on or around December 7, 2009, via Priority Mail to get them to you in time for Christmas!

Emergency Back-Up Cinnamon Sunday

In the interest of harmony on the internet, we present this special, emergency Cinnamon Sunday update, featuring camera phone pictures as we got ready for Halloween last night.
