This obvious mis-treatment of a rabbit's rights to decent exposure must not go unreported. Somebody tell Santa on Stephanie.
This is ChouChou's first Christmas. We brought in snow for them to play with but they were generally uninterested... but ChouChou liked eating it off Frenchie's back! And they both liked finding buried carrots under the snow!
great idea stephanie!! Why didnt i think to bring in snow for my bun? i wouldnt bringhe rout so imay as well bring it in. Thanks

Last winter I piled snow into the big plastic bottom of one of the cages and brought it inside. The buns were able to burrow in the stuff until their feet got cold (about 15 seconds) Then they ran off, leaving wet footprints. It took me about twenty minutes of prep and cleanup for their 15 seconds of fun, but they said they didn't mind the trouble I went to, it was worth it. As a bunny indentured servant, their wish is my command!

We wuz supposed ta get snow 2 weeks ago -- Mom promised we could go out an' see it. Too bad it wuz at higher altitude...But we DO live in So. California...
