Thanks, Tom!

Oooh, carnage at the manger. That's a serious message of disapproval. Maybe Chocolate can do something about all the Christmas ads popping up already? Or is that a well-deserved punishment for being hoomin?

@ITtN: Festivus for the rest of us! Do you have your pole up yet? I can hardly wait for the Airing of Grievances and the Feats of Strength!

... ahhhhhh, the Airing of Grievances!
It's almost like the Airing of Disapproval if you think about it :-) Chocolate sure aired some disapproval!!!!! It's quiet a feat of strength to stand up against public madness of full throttle X-mas before Thanksgiving!

Here in Canada, the Christmas decorations in the malls go up Nov. 1st. First it's Halloween, then the next day - BAM...tinsel and fake snow. The Santa Claus parade was last weekend.....*sigh*

@j2b:
... bummer :-(

Me and my bun Sunki (who has been on here twice), were at the Santa Claus parade last weekend.

Chocolate Darling; you need to EAT the nativity. THAT is your Thanksgiving...

We here in the UK don't understand "thanksgiving". In fact, didn't you lot have "thanksgiving" just a few months ago? It always seems to be "thanksgiving" over there, or just leading up to it, or just after it!

I think, like Chocolate, I disapprove.

You don't need any festival as an excuse to give bunnies treats anyway! Silly hoomins! THUMP!

Fleetie: Due to Canada's shorter growing season, Canadians have Thanksgiving on the second Monday of October. It's on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States. *adjusting glasses and clearing throat* It originated as a religious thing, thanking God for a good harvest. Being a heathen myself, I prefer to think of it as a good excuse to eat too much and nap.

And as Cinnamon knows, pumpkin (in a pie or otherwise) is always a good idea!

@Fleetie ... we're just thankful that we don't have to endure things like marmite or certain pudding that's just plain unmentionable ;-) ( afraid the buns would REALLY disapprove )

(just kidding - love marmite actually)

Fleetie said...

Ah! That explains it. Thanks Janet.

Ijon Tichy the Nth : It wouldn't've mattered: I haven't had Marmite since I was a child! Yucky stuff!

Which pudding is unmentionable?!

@Fleetie ... Spotted D****k :-)

@Janet: after watching Cinnamon in that video I'm very surprised the Libby people didn't call to offer her an endorsement!
