Cinnamon looks like the bun that swallowed the canary. He claims he is wrongly accused though, since everyone knows buns are herbivores. He says Bird ran away to join the circus, and knows nothing, nope, nothing else about Bird's mysterious disappearance. And besides, Bird made too much noise, it was getting on his nerves.

No but left over bird seed is a definite possibility. My buns adore bird seed and just might eat the bird to get some:-)

I have an outdoor aviary in my rabbit area (fenced off acreage for them to run & play)...they love sneaking in for some stolen seed, it's like crack for them.
