A bun's life is hard.
Gandalf is disgusted that hoomins would discard perfectly good lunch items. And such an awful lot of them, too! No wonder the world is going to heck!
There's something about Gandalf's puffy nose and upper lip area that speaks volumes about his disgust for us.

Gandalf also seems to be able to change colors and shades to match his background .... He has probably eaten more stuff that anyone really knows!
