The service at this restaurant is TERRIBLE!! Scooter heartily disapproves being seated with boorish patrons, even if they are his relatives. Not only have we blown any chance for a tip, Scooter is going to complain to the manager.
no kidding! and family is the worst, no manners and no sharing!
Poor scooter. Looks like all he will get is a mouthful of fluff!

this is the problem with those all-you-can-eat/serve-yourself places...obviously there are some boundary issues to be worked out!

You know what I think?
I think there's a hoomin to blame at the root of all this.
Wherever buns are getting a raw deal, cherchez l'hoomin!.
Don't worry; when Scooter has finally managed to have lunch, that hoomin will pay!
In my buns' experience, there is ALWAYS a hoomin to blame when a bun is getting a raw deal.
The next time Scooter dines with those two he would be wise to specify separate dishes as well as separate checks!
