Well, Nutmeg, for starters, your new friend is going to need feeding too, so your hoomins are going to have to provide extra food, right? So make sure they do!
Also, perhaps your bunny friend can distract them while you go off exploring places you're not usually allowed to go! Just be careful, and no chewing wires, that's all!

I love a big eared bun. Nutmeg looks velvety underneath the grumpiness.
what a cutie patootie! my bun has a stuffed bunny friend too, i also believe she perfers them over me! this is a look i get once a day!
Nutmeg has set the bar pretty high for us inferior hoomins. We have to match the intelligence of a stuffed bunny to earn Nutmeg's approval!
I'm saving that bunny for my holiday egg nog!!!!
