Bertie is displaying what earned him the top spot on the naughty list. He built a fence behind which he sends anyone he disapproves of. Form a line, please!!

I think the Easter Bunny should just leave bunny poop for the people on the naughty list. Gross, yes, but it gets the message across, doesn't it?
