What?!? Cilantro is my buns favorite green. They go crazy for it. I love it on my Mexican dishes too!
Cilantro tastes like soap to me. Supposedly this is a genetic trait (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cilantro).
Maybe its true for rabbits as well?
Hey, that's cool about the soap taste being due to an enzyme! Cilantro always tasted that way to me, & everyone else thought I was nuts.
