I think it's probably an English Angora. Some people spin yarn with combings from the buns; there are even some who hold a bunny in their lap and spin the loose fur right off the bunny. They swear it doesn't hurt the bun and the bunnies just sit there. Disapprovingly.
That looks like a giant (German) angora. Too big to be English.
